Are you a relationship builder with a knack for turning happy clients into loyal champions and referrers? WeCare tlc, a woman-owned, mission driven healthcare company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to drive strategic client growth, expand service adoption, and turn customer love into lasting partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape client relations & business development for an industry disruptor in employer-sponsored advanced primary care.

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, relaying feedback and insights to services development
Own the Customer Ladder - move clients from users > champions > referrers.
Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with impact-driven insights.
Identify white space opportunities and recommend service expansions.
Launch and manage our \"Gold Partner\" client tier model.
Train and empower clients to become active referrers.

What Success Looks Like:

increase in multi-service adoption.
reduction in time-to-upgrade.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3-5 years in client success, account strategy, or growth roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to uncover opportunities and lead high-impact client conversations.
Experience with referral programs or partner enablement is a plus.
